1. Returns & Refunds

1.1 In-Stock Items

 

Customers may return items that are in stock within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, which should be in perfect condition. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Customers also have the option to exchange the returned item for another set.

1.2 Opened Products

 

Please note that products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return. We advise customers to carefully inspect items upon receipt to ensure they are satisfactory before use.

1.3 On-Order Items / Special Request Items

 

Returns for items that are on order are generally not accepted unless the product is typically available in stock. Customers should be aware that once an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, it is considered final and non-returnable.

2. Order Confirmation

2.1 Confirmation Process

After placing an order through our website, customers will receive an automated order confirmation email that includes details of the purchased items, pricing, and estimated delivery times. Following this, we will personally reach out to confirm the order and discuss any specific requirements or questions

3.1 Payment for Unordered Items

 

If a buyer submits payment for an item that has not yet been ordered, they may request a full refund. Alternatively, the payment can be applied to another item available in our inventory. In cases of exchanges, any price differences will be calculated and communicated to the customer prior to finalizing the transaction.

3.2 Processing Time for Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the bank or payment processor to reflect the refund in your account.
